Business Rules Configurations

The Business Rules Configurations section allows you to define and manage the business rules and related configurations used to control and automate business processes within the platform. This section includes the following sub-menus:

• Create/Edit Rules: Create new business rules and edit existing rules by defining the conditions and actions required for specific business scenarios.
• Rule Groups: Define and manage groups used to categorize business rules. These groups can be selected when creating or configuring a business rule to associate the rule with the appropriate business function.
• Workflow Events: Map Business Rule Activities with Business Rules to define the rules that are triggered or applied for specific workflow events.
