E-Signature Integration
The Link portal now supports integration with leading electronic signature platforms, enabling users to send documents for secure digital signing directly from within the application. This feature enhances workflow efficiency, reduces turnaround time, and ensures legally compliant document handling.
E-Signature Integration is a custom on-demand feature. To access CRM Integrations and have it configured, contact the AppexNow Sales team.
Workflow steps include:

Document Generation/Initiate E-Signature Process for IDD
Navigate to the completed quote.
Click on the ellipsis (⋮) menu and select "Quote Acceptance".
Provide Signatory Details
A pop-up window will appear prompting the user to enter the recipient's email address.
Upon submission, the system will send the documents to the recipient via email.
Proposal Approval and Acceptance Document Generation
Once the quote is converted into a proposal and approved by the lender, the broker user must update the proposal status to Approved via the work queue.
This status change triggers the generation of acceptance documents.
Sending Acceptance Confirmation and Commission Disclosure
Using the ellipsis (⋮) menu from the work queue, select the option to generate acceptance documents.
A form will open where the user must enter customer details.
Upon submission, the system will send the acceptance confirmation and commission disclosure documents to the customer for e-signature.
Document Signature Status Tracking in Work Queue
Link now includes enhanced tracking of document signature statuses within the Work Queue. This functionality applies to both quotation and proposal documents, enabling users to monitor the progress of the e-signature process in real time. The following status indicators are available:
- Not Started: The e-signature process has not yet been initiated for the document.
- In Progress: The e-signature request has been triggered and is currently underway.
- Signature Not Required: The document does not require a signature.
- Signed: The document has been successfully signed by the client.
These statuses are displayed under the relevant Work Queue entries, providing clear visibility into the current state of each document's signature process.
