Admin Options
The Admin Options menu provides tools for users to configure and manage critical settings to ensure the platform operates effectively based on their business needs. This menu consists of two main sections: Configurations and Setups. The Configurations section enables users to define financial parameters and customize calculations, while the Setups section allows users to establish foundational settings that vary based on their roles, such as broker, dealer, or lender. Access to setups and permissions to make changes depend on user roles, ensuring a secure and tailored experience.

Configurations
The Configurations section enables users to define and customize parameters for generating accurate and tailored quotes across multiple lending operations, including Sales & Lease Back, Operating Lease, Finance Lease, Loan, and Hire Purchase. These configurations allow users to align financial calculations with specific business requirements, ensuring precise and efficient quote generation.

Amortization Method: Select the method to calculate rental payments based on business needs. Options include:

Annuity: Fixed periodic payments over the term.

Annuity - Actual 360: Payments calculated assuming a 360-day year.

Annuity - Actual 365: Payments calculated assuming a 365-day year.

APR Calculation Method: Configure the method to calculate the annual percentage rate (APR) based on the amortization method selected.

Initial Cash Outflow for Flat Rate: Determine whether VAT and commission are included or excluded when calculating the initial cash outflow.

Flat Rate Calculation Basis: Select the basis for flat rate calculations from the drop-down options, Calendar Dates or Number of Payments, to define how the calculations should be structured.

Commission Calculation Method: Choose how commission is calculated, either as a percentage of the financed amount or a percentage of the interest income.

Commission Passed to Customer: Decide whether the calculated commission is passed on to the customer during quote generation.

VAT Applicable: Define whether VAT is applicable and specify the VAT percentage to be applied if necessary.

Tax Type: Select the applicable tax type from the drop-down options:

Asset Cost: Tax calculated based on the cost of the asset.

Rental: Tax calculated based on the rental amount.

Gross Profit Calculation: Enable or disable the calculation of gross profit during the quote generation process.

- Settings: First, select the User Group Role to define settings specific to the respective role, such as brokers, dealers, or lenders. Once the role is selected, use the settings interface to enable, disable, show, or hide specific parameters. The interface provides options through columns like Parameter Name, Default Value, Enable/Disable, Show/Hide, and Mandatory/Optional allowing for tailored configurations based on the selected role.

- Fees: Configure various fees such as document or annual fees, with the ability to customize their frequency, amounts, and editability.

Fee Name: Assign a name to each fee.

Fee Type: Set the fee as either one-time or periodic.

Fee Frequency: Define when the fee applies, such as at the start date, with the first or last regular payment, or periodically (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, annually).

Due at Start Date: Indicate whether the fee is due at the start date.

Fee Amount: Specify the fee amount.

Editable: Decide whether the fee is editable during the quote processing.

Add Fee/Delete Fee: Add new fees or delete existing ones as needed.
- Save Changes is used to save the financial configurations.
These features ensure financial calculations and configurations align with business policies, enabling efficient and precise quote generation.
Setups
The Setups section allows users to establish foundational settings required for managing the platform. The available setups differ based on the user’s role—broker, dealer, or lender—ensuring a tailored experience. Users can configure essential settings to suit their operational workflows, with permissions to access and modify setups determined by role-based rights. Each user role has specific rights and access controls, ensuring that only authorized users can modify setups. This ensures security and maintains the integrity of the platform's operational framework.
