1. How to View and Manage Credit Requests

  1. Navigate to Task Queues > Credit Requests tab.
  2. Review counts for New, Approved, Conditioned, and Declined requests.
  3. Use the table to search or filter records.
  4. Click on a request row to open detailed view.
  5. Use the side panel to view Applicant, Asset, Documents, and Compliance information.
  6. Apply decision manually or use Ask AI for recommendations.
  7. Save your decision to update the request status.

2. How to View and Manage Funding Requests

  1. Go to Task Queues > Funding Requests tab.
  2. Review counts for New, Approved, Approved for Payout, and Declined.
  3. Use the searchable table to locate a specific record.
  4. Click a request to open detailed view.
  5. Review Receivables, Payables, Amortization, and other financials.
  6. Use Ask AI for insights or suggestions.
  7. Finalize and save your funding decision.

3. How to Create a New ScoreCard

  1. Navigate to ScoreCard from the main menu.

  2. Click Add ScoreCard.

  3. Enter required details:

    • ScoreCard Name
    • Select Criteria
    • Set Base Score
    • Define Scoring Rules
  4. Click Save ScoreCard to store it in the system.

4. How to Edit or Disable an Existing ScoreCard

  1. On the ScoreCard screen, locate the ScoreCard.
  2. Use the ellipsis menu (⋮) beside the ScoreCard.
  3. Select Edit to modify, or Disable to deactivate.
  4. Save changes after editing.

5. How to Build a Custom Report

  1. Go to Reporting > Report Builder.

  2. Configure:

    • Report Name
    • Source Dashboard
    • Date Range
    • Export Format
  3. Select required data fields (e.g., Performance, Quality, Trends).

  4. Choose Additional Options (e.g., Include Charts).

  5. Preview report, then select Generate, Send, or Save Configuration.

6. How to Schedule and Manage Reports

  1. Navigate to Reporting > Report Management.
  2. View saved reports and scheduled configurations.
  3. Use the ellipsis menu to Edit, Pause, Resume, Duplicate, or Delete any report.
  4. Click New Report to create another via Report Builder.

7. How to View and Compare Team Performance

  1. Navigate to Team Performance > Team Performance Analytics.

  2. Use tabs to view:

    • Individual metrics (e.g., decision time, escalation rate)
    • Productivity, Utilization, Quality, Planning, Automation, Compare, Insights
  3. Use charts and visual indicators for comparison.

  4. Drill into any analyst’s performance or trends.

8. How to Use Ask AI

  1. On eligible screens (e.g., Dashboards, Credit Requests, Funding Requests, Team Performance), locate the Ask AI text box.
  2. Type a query in natural language (e.g., "Show top performing analysts").
  3. View automated insights and apply suggested actions where applicable.
  4. Use for SWOT analysis, stipulations, memos, and decision summaries.

9. How to Assign Decision Requests

  1. In Task Queues, locate a request.
  2. Click the ellipsis (⋮) on the request row.
  3. Select Assign to Me or Assign to Team Member.
  4. The assignee will now see the request under their queue.

10. How to View Audit Trail of a Decision Request

  1. Open a Credit or Funding Request from Task Queues.
  2. On the right-side panel, click the Audit Trail pop-up.
  3. Review detailed log entries of all actions taken, including time stamps and user roles.
  4. Use this for compliance and review purposes.
