Ask AI

An AI-powered feature available across key screens that provides recommendations, memos, SWOT analysis, stipulations, and insights to assist in decisioning.

Audit Trail

A record of all user interactions and decisions within a request, including timestamps, user roles, and action history, used for compliance and accountability.

Auto-Decision Rate

The percentage of decisions made automatically by the system based on ScoreCard logic, without manual intervention.

Credit Request

A submission from a user or system to evaluate the creditworthiness of an applicant based on predefined rules, documents, and risk criteria.

Decision Summary

A structured explanation of the decision (approval, decline, etc.) generated either manually by the user or with support from AI.

Ellipsis Menu (⋮)

A vertical three-dot icon next to items such as requests or ScoreCards, offering quick access to actions like view, edit, assign, or delete.

Escalation Rate

A performance metric indicating how frequently a credit analyst’s decisions are escalated for further review or override.

Funding Request

A request processed after credit approval that deals with the disbursement or release of funds, including payables, receivables, and amortization details.

Human Intervention Rate

Indicates how often decisions required manual review or override, reflecting reliance on human judgment in the process.

ScoreCard

A structured configuration used to evaluate credit requests based on rules, criteria, and scoring logic. ScoreCards help automate consistent decisioning.

SLA Adherence

A quality measure that evaluates how well decisioning actions align with defined service level agreements (SLAs), such as response time.

SWOT Analysis

A feature of Ask AI that presents strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats related to a particular credit or funding request.

Task Queues

A centralized section displaying categorized decisioning requests such as Credit Requests and Funding Requests, allowing users to view, assign, and take action.

Team Performance Analytics

A module that displays performance data and insights for individual analysts and the overall team, covering productivity, quality, planning, and automation.

Utilization Rate

A metric that shows how actively a credit analyst is engaged in reviewing and deciding on requests within a given timeframe.
